Campaigns are the foundation of any of the marketing or the digital marketing agency/company. In this sector, campaigns are also referred to as "offers." Campaigns can be thought of as the main epicentre from which all information is passed and stored to both the publishers and advertisers, respectively.
Campaigns can help to generate tracking links, set multiple targeting options, select revenue and payout, and set different goals and goal values. Campaigns can upload their creatives and everything else.
So in this help document, you will be able to create a campaign step-by-step.
Campaign Configuration
You can find the Create Campaign tab in the Campaign section on the left side of the panel.
Choose an Objective: What is the main objective of your campaign? Whether it is Sale, App Installs, Lead, Impression or Click. It needs to be mentioned here.
a) Conversions to track leads, acquisitions, actions, etc., and to pay your publishers based on CPA
b) Sale to track sales. Upsell any e-commerce product or when you want to pay your publisher on the basis of a percentage of revenue and to pay your publisher based on CPS.
c) App Installs to track app installs, events, cohort, retention, etc.
d) Leads to track leads generated from the traffic and to pay your publisher based on CPL.
e) Impressions to track the number
of views of any banner or creative and to pay your publishers based on CPM.
f) Clicks for Cost per Volume
Advertiser: Choose the advertiser from whom you got this offer.
Categories: Choose the types from the dropdown, you can even add the new category.
Promotion Method: Choose the promotion method from the dropdown.
Campaign Visibility: Choose the campaign visibility to Public, Private and Permission.
Country: Choose the country from the dropdown list.
Currency: Choose the currency from the dropdown list.
Title: Choose the relevant title for your campaign.
Preview URL: The preview URL should include the Link of the main landing page.
For example, if it is a CPI campaign, then the preview URL will have a link to the play store.
Most Used URL tokens: You can choose the URL tokens as per your requirement and needs like {click_id}, {campaign_id}, {publisher_id}, {source}, {gaid}, {idfa}, {app_name}, {p1}, {p2} etc.
Description (Optional): This block can include inside details about the campaigns.
KPI (Optional): KPI basically contains the necessary details about the different targeting that the publisher needs to take care of before bringing traffic to the same.
Default Campaign URL: The campaign URL where traffic will redirect to. Note: This URL must include click_id and campaign_id.
Description: In the description, you can give a short description of the campaign.
KPI: You can enter the Key Performance indicator description to keep a track of your performance.
Goals and Payout
The goals and payout a user would be able to set up goals and payouts.
Goal Name: The value that you want to set for your goal.
Advertiser goal token: In this field, you can enter the advertiser goal token. The advertiser goal token is the same as that of the Goal name, and you can also add more data to the field.
Revenue: In the revenue field, you can give the amount as per the need.
Payout: You can either fix an amount for your revenue and payout or can look to add this value in terms of percentage as well. After giving all information in the above fields, you can click on Create a goal.
Creatives
Campaign creatives in the AppCarry platform allow you to host and upload all creative related to a campaign in one place, as these creatives are used by publishers to drive conversions to campaigns.
AppCarry provides an infrastructure to host and serve these creatives for you and your publishers. You can upload as many creatives as you need.
Creative Types – AppCarry Platform supports the following: Banner, Email, Video, SMS, NativeAd, and HTMLAd.
Resource URL - Enter a URL which will be visible to publishers and advertisers.
File – Upload creative file size max 50MB.
After entering the above information, you can click on ‘Save’ to successfully create Campaign Creatives.
Schedule
In the AppCarry platform, the Schedule option helps in time targeting and status schedule.
Status to be sent – The default status is active, but you can change it to paused, pending, disabled, or deleted.
Schedule date- In this, the user can give the date, as per their schedule run.
Publisher Notify Time – You can give the date here when you want to publisher to be notified.
Timezone – In this field, you can choose the timezone which you have to set.
Start hour – You can give the start hour.
End hour – You can give the end hour.
Hit the Create button to create your campaign successfully. If any required field is missing you will get to know about it once you hit the create button.
